Chili Lime Baked Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Quick Lime Chicken Marinade:
  • Juice and zest of 1 lime
  • 3-3 1/2 lbs boneless, skin-on chicken thighs.

  • Dipping Mixture:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha or hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • Chili Crust:
  • Keto Cutlure Baking White Bread, 5 slices
  • 3 teaspoons cornmeal
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chili flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Let's get started!

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Zest and juice one lime over the chicken in a large bowl, mixing to combine and set aside.
  3. In a food processor fitted with the chopping blade, add all crust ingredients except the spray oil and pulse to the size of small peas; making sure the bread does not get too fine. Put the crust mixture onto a large plate and set it aside.
  4. Prepare the egg mixture in a shallow bowl. Place eggs, Sriracha or hot sauce, and salt and whisk to combine.
  5. Assemble the chicken on a 15 1/2" x 10 1/2" jelly roll pan lined with parchment paper.
  6. Take one piece of lime chicken and first dip it into the egg mixture. Next, using your other hand, dip and press the crumb mixture into the chicken and place it, skin side up onto your prepared pan.
  7. Repeat with the remaining lime chicken pieces, spacing them evenly on the pan as you go. If there is any remaining crumb mixture left, sprinkle it on top of the chicken pieces. Before you place the chicken in the oven, carefully spray the oil over the surfaces of the chicken.
  8. Bake for 45 - 60 minutes, depending on how large your chicken thighs are. Bake until the chicken is deep golden brown and crisp.
  9. Serve with lime zest or wedges, if desired.

Keto Club

Ingredients

  • 3 slices of Keto Culture bread toasted
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 ounces sliced turkey
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices cooked bacon
  • lettuce washed and chopped

Let's get started!

  1. Take one slice of Keto Culture bread and spread with mayonnaise.
  2. Top with turkey and cheddar cheese.
  3. Spread mayonnaise on another piece of Keto Culture bread and place on the cheddar cheese.
  4. Top with bacon and lettuce. Spread mayonnaise on the final slice of keto bread and place on top.
  5. Cut sandwich into halves or quarters. Serve with pickles. Enjoy!

Loaded French Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Keto Culture Baking White Bread
  • 1 Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Keto Hazelnut Spread
  • Keto strawberry jam

Let's get started!

  1. Spread keto Hazelnut Spread/Jam on bread and top it with another slice of bread.
  2. Whisk together 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon.
  3. Dip your sandwich in the egg wash and coat both sides.
  4. Melt 1 tbsp of butter on a pan using medium-high heat and then pan fry both sides of your French toast sandwich.
  5. Top the loaded French toast with swerve confectioner or sweetener of your choice.
  6. Cut in half and enjoy!

Egg Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 slices of Keto Culture bread, toasted
  • 1/2 cup fresh lettuce
  • 4 pieces of cooked bacon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Chives for topping (optional)

Let's get started!

  1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Break eggs, 1 at a time, into pan; reduce heat to low. Cook until whites are set and yolks begin to thicken, turning once if desired.
  2. Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise and garlic; spread over toast slices. Top with arugula, tomato, bacon and fried eggs; sprinkle with salt and pepper and chives or your favorite herb.
  3. Enjoy!
